Mike Kobel

Mike has 30 years of experience working with plants. Born and raised in the nursery and garden center business, Kobel's Nursery was first started by his grandfather. As the business grew, Mike's parents opened Kobel's Garden Center. Mike worked along side his family until 2008 when he opened his own landscaping business. Throughout his lifetime involvement with plants, Mike has worked in every aspect of the business. He has grown, sold and maintained annuals, perennials, trees and nursery stock. While the business has substantially grown, getting back to the retail sector has always been a goal.

Kobel's will continue to offer full service landscaping, maintenance, patio & wall installation and ponds while adding a retail store. The addition of a retail store that will offer annuals, perennials, landscaping plants and trees only rounds out the final goal of a full service choice for all of your garden and landscaping needs.

Mike will continue to offer a family business along with his wife Mary and their daughters Emily, Sophia and Bridget.
